Established in 1940
Our History
Founded by the late Mr. Ushettige Justin Perera, U J Perera and Sons has a legacy in Sri Lanka’s construction industry, completing major projects including public and school grounds, hospitals, prisons, buildings, and dam projects like Victoria and Mahaweli. We also contributed to the 1990 donation project, providing 360 homes, and played a key role in road development across the country.
In 2000, under the leadership of Ushettige Chaminda Niran Perera and Ushettige Chanaka Niran Perera, we transitioned into warehousing and logistics. Today, we are a market leader, delivering safe and reliable solutions to Sri Lanka’s top companies.
Gam Udawa Program 1987- Aiding in construction and development of more than 100 houses within the country. Aiding in multiple other construction projects which include the Ragama Medical Faculty, Bogambara Sports Grounds, main roads and also aiding in the development of hospitals in Jaffna.
